Order fabric samples, 

Choosing the right fabric is an essential part of creating a truly bespoke lampshade/ cushion. Our fabric samples allow you to see and feel the quality of our materials in your own home, so you can be confident in your choice before placing a custom order.

With each sample, we aim to give you a true sense of the colour, texture, and weight of the fabric. We recommend viewing samples in the room where your lampshade will be displayed, as natural and artificial light can both influence how a fabric looks and feels in situ.

Simply let us know which fabrics you'd like to try, and your samples will be posted to you as soon as possible!

Samples are free of charge, although we ask a small cost for the postage:

Care Instructions

If your shade does need a bit of care, a lint roller is ideal to get any dust off of the outside of the shade, carefully wipe the lint free cloth around the inside

  • Processing & Shipping

    Due to all of our products being handmade to order, the processing time will vary from 1 to 2 weeks, this allows us enough time to order fabrics if needed, and to make your items. If needed by a certain date, please contact us and we can let you know if this is possible :)

    All products are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr tracked postage, for larger items we ship these with Parcelforce 24hr.

  • Exchanges

    We do accept exchanges, as we know that it is hard to determine what an item will look like, once you receive it. Although, we do try to minimise this as much as possible, due to all of our lampshades & cushions being handmade to order.

    Please do message us, with any queries you may have, we're happy to discuss, sizing, fabrics etc and send free fabric samples.

    In the event that you would like to exchange your order, please email bypoppyuk@gmail.com to discuss this before returning any goods back to us.
    If there is a difference in monies to pay, this must be paid before we start to process the new order.
    Only one exchange will be accepted per order. Exchanges will not be eligible after 14 days of the item/s delivered
