Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Our Products Are Made to Order
All of our lampshades and cushions are handmade to order especially for you here in our Worcestershire studio. We encourage you to order fabric samples, measure your lamp base or space carefully, and get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions — we're always happy to help you find exactly the right shade.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Exchanges are available on standard listed products only. We cannot accept exchanges on:

  • Bespoke or custom orders (custom sizes or colour combinations not listed on our website)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

To request an exchange, please contact us at bypoppyuk@gmail.com before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked or Parcelforce Tracked for larger items.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange your exchange. If the new item differs in price, we will either issue an invoice for the difference or refund the difference accordingly. Each item may only be exchanged once.

Refunds
As all of our products are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty
  • You receive the wrong item

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at bypoppyuk@gmail.com if there is an issue, so we can put it right as quickly as possible.

Klarna Orders
If you have paid using Klarna, please contact us directly to discuss your options before raising a dispute through Klarna.

International Orders
Returns and exchanges from international customers (USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland) are accepted under the same conditions as above. Please note that return postage costs and any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
