Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request either an exchange or refund.

To qualify for an exchange, you must have purchased a product listed on our website, and not a custom colour combination or size,

When making an exchange, If you would like a different shape/ style/ fabric listed on our website, then either an invoice will be sent upon receiving the goods back for the monetary difference, or a refund of the monetary difference will be given.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for bespoke products, this means that if you have chosen custom colour combinations/ a custom size that is not on our website.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note return postage is the buyer’s responsibility

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

All of our lampshades and cushions, are handmade to order especially for you. If you do feel like you need to return your item, we honour our 14 day return policy. In order to minimise returns, we encourage you to order samples of our fabrics and measure your lamp, or space before purchasing, to ensure you’re getting exactly what you want! Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify the issue as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items, custom orders or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us, regarding starting an exchange, once accepted, you will be sent an invoice for the monetary difference (plus postage cost for your new item/s) or a refund of the monetary difference (plus postage cost for your new item/s). Then return the item you have in its original packaging using either Royal Mail tracked, or Parcelforce tracked (for larger items) and once the item is returned and has been inspected, we will get new new items to you. You can only exchange a purchase once.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We have a 14 day refund policy in place. All lampshades and cushions are handmade by us, to order, to minimise returns Please make sure that the item you are purchasing is the correct size for your needs & if in doubt regarding fabric choice, we offer a free sample service. if you need help with sizing, fabrics and fittings we are more than happy to help, to find exactly what you need.
